Expect

With a ruby colour the wine has a vinous and elegant fragrance. On the palate the wine has a deep and intense taste with good tannin structure which gives it potential to improve in the bottle. The wine should be served between 16 and 18 Degrees C to accompany meat dishes and cheeses.

Soil

Granite, clay and limestone.

Winemaking process

Dão Region traditional method. Stored for 2 years in stainless steel vats, 6 months in French Allier Fino and 5 months in the bottle.
