Irreverente white wine is a delicious, fresh wine with personality. Aged in oak barrels, the colour is bright citrus with an elegant aromas and notes of fresh apple and pear combined with nuances of fine vanilla. To the palate the wine has a mineral character with good acidity and structure that gives it persistence. Irreverente white wine should be served at a temperature of 12C to accompany salads and seafood or it can be enjoyed on its own on a summer’s day
Granite, clay and limestone.
Vinification by pressing whole grapes with slight skin maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature up to 12o C. for 10 days in French oak
