Bright lemon colour.
Very aromatic notes of citrus with delicate floral hints and a fresh minerality.
Excellent lemon and mineral notes on the palate and a very persistant finish.
Transition from Schist to Granite
Must decanted for 48 hours at 8ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation started in stainless steel and then transferred to French Oak barrels for 45 days at 14ºC.
Aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels – 72% New, 28% Used.
Oxygen free batonage.
