Vale de Lobos Sparkling Wine
With a citrus colour, this wine has a fine and persistent fizz. Produced by the traditional method the wine has a fruity aroma with notes of citrus and nuts. This wine is smooth in the mouth with excellent acidity. The wine works well as an aperitif but it also goes very well with fish, seafood and light cheeses.
This sparkling wine was made with the traditional method. The base is a temperature controlled wine blended with selected yeast. The wine is stored in cool tanks for 3 months before a further 9 months storage in the bottle.

The Vale de Lobos white sparkling wine is a wonderful flavoursome sparkling wine. The acidity had been well balanced to give the wine a medium, dry finish with huge appeal across the board. To our mind this wine is best enjoyed on its own to welcome your guests to a special event or to make them welcome in your home.
