Tejo Regional Wine
A full-bodied, smooth Syrah with a rounded finish.
Clay with limestone
Grapes are hand harvested. The must is fermented in a rotating tank with specifically selected yeast, temperatures are controlled between 26 and 28 degrees C. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 3 months and then aged in bottles for a further 8 months.

This is a delicious Syrah with wonderful body. Beautifully smooth and warming.
