Pat –
This is a powerful tasting wine, with a lot of berry notes. Quite tannic with a long finish. A wine with a lot of character.
I would drink this with food rather than on its own. I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s very decent value but for my money I slightly prefer the Cidadoura Winemakers Selection.
If you like a full bodied red you’ll like this. Give it a go.
