Skins removed and fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel at 18ºC.
4 months ageing in stainless steel.

It’s very unusual to see a non-fortified wine from Madeira making it to our shores. This one is a treasure. Light and refreshing, but with enough complexity and acidity to keep it interesting. Absolutely smashable!
